Dynamic loads are also called non-static loads, and are involved inparticular in mechanical engineering, and more and more often inconstruction. There are assumed to be a very large number of loadchanges (switching between loading and unloading, changes in theloading direction or changes in the load height) over the service lifeof the component. These load changes occur at anchorages withplugs, for instance on robots, cranes, and elevators. However, theyalso occur on trains passing by noise protection walls or trucks inroad tunnels, which generate dynamic loads on installations due tothe constant interchange between pressure and suction caused byairflow.
